Lavinia Maisey, Director, Good Connections Telecom Ltd.
‘I’ve worked in the Telecoms Industry for over 20 years in various roles, from sales and marketing, through to product and service development. Much of my journey has been spent working very closely with SMEs and Sole Traders – understanding what's important to them when it comes to telecoms. I learnt that each business is truly unique, but reliability both in the technology itself and the service underpinning it, flexibility to grow, and great value for money are always key.
This understanding inspired me to establish Good Connections Telecom – it’s my mission to really listen to the unique needs of each business and then provide a solution based on these needs – along with the personal and responsive service that can often be lacking when purchasing direct from the big networks.’
